Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
Burne Fitness LLC is a fitness coaching business operated by Jordan Bradburne in Seattle, Washington, United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information through burnefitness.com, applications, forms, purchases, coaching, programs, and communications. Contact Jordan at jordan@burnefitness.com with privacy questions or requests.
Our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we handle information about your health and fitness. Where that policy or applicable law provides stronger protections, those protections apply.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, request a resource, complete an application or intake form, book a call, purchase an offer, use a coaching app, or communicate with us. Depending on your interaction, this can include:
· Your name, email address, phone number, age or eligibility information, and account details.
· Your goals, exercise experience, schedule, equipment, preferences, and application responses.
· Coaching messages, check-ins, workout logs, progress records, nutrition and lifestyle information, and files you submit.
· Purchase details, billing information, payment status, and records of accepted agreements and permissions.
· Written testimonials, client wins, photographs, or other materials you choose to provide, together with your publication choices.
Our website and connected services can also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions. Payment providers collect payment credentials and other information needed to process transactions. Burne Fitness does not ask you to send full card numbers or security codes through email, messages, or intake forms.
If you choose to connect a wearable or another app to your coaching platform, the platform may make the information you authorize available to us. The separate health data policy addresses this information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, assess whether an offer fits your needs, arrange calls, deliver purchased programs and coaching, review progress, communicate with you, process payments, maintain business records, support accounts, and protect our services against misuse.
We also use information to send resources you request and, when you have made an appropriate separate marketing choice, to send promotional communications or publish approved materials. Requesting coaching, completing an intake, or buying a program does not by itself authorize publication of your information.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, our processing relies on providing a requested service or performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, consent where required, and legitimate business interests such as ordinary administration and security, subject to your applicable rights. Health information and optional sharing receive the additional protections described in the separate health data policy.
Services that handle information
We use third-party services to operate the business. The information a service receives depends on the functions you use and the information submitted to it:
· Squarespace for the website, hosting, forms where used, and site functionality.
· Tally for applications and quizzes.
· Google Forms and related Google storage for intake, agreements, and submitted responses.
· Calendly for scheduling and booking information.
· Stripe for payments, billing, and payment-related records.
· Trainerize for personalized coaching, messages, workouts, tracking, and connected integrations you select.
· My PT Hub for program delivery, accounts, workout tracking, messages, and connected integrations you select.
· Business email, documents, storage, and bookkeeping services for correspondence and administration. These can include Microsoft 365 and Wave.
· ManyChat, when used, and Instagram or Facebook for requested resources and social messaging. Those platforms are operated by separate providers, including Meta.
· OpenAI tools, including ChatGPT, when used to help organize information or draft communications. Such tools can receive information included in text or files submitted for that purpose. They do not replace Jordan's responsibility for coaching decisions. Health data use is governed by the separate health data policy and any consent required for the particular use.
Providers have their own terms and privacy notices. When a provider processes information for us, we limit the information and purpose to the task and use the protections required by applicable law. When you use a provider directly, its own processing may also be governed by your relationship with that provider.
Other disclosures
We disclose information when necessary to provide a service you requested, carry out an instruction you gave, comply with a legal requirement, respond to a lawful request, or address a serious safety concern where disclosure is lawful. Any disclosure connected to a business transfer must comply with applicable privacy law.
We do not sell client contact lists or consumer health data. Optional public uses of client materials require separate permission. A public post can be viewed, copied, or saved by others; removing a name does not guarantee that someone familiar with the circumstances cannot recognize the client.
Cookies and website features
Squarespace and embedded services can use cookies or similar technology for security, sessions, preferences, functionality, and website measurement. Embedded forms, scheduling tools, payment pages, social content, and videos can be subject to the relevant provider's technology and privacy settings.
Where a cookie preference control is provided, you can use it to manage available choices. Browser settings also allow you to restrict or delete cookies, which may affect functionality. We obtain consent and provide opt-out choices for optional analytics or advertising technology where required by applicable law. If we introduce a new advertising tracker or a materially different use of information, we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain consent where required before that use begins.
We do not authorize the use of identifiable health information from applications, intake forms, or coaching records for advertising audiences without a lawful basis and the separate consent required by applicable law.
Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link provided or by emailing jordan@burnefitness.com. You can ask us to stop promotional texts or social messages by replying to the message or contacting Jordan. We will honor applicable opt-out requirements. We may still send necessary service, billing, security, or transaction messages.
Permission to share written wins, testimonials, photographs, or other media is a separate choice. The particular permission you select controls the materials and channels that may be used. You can withdraw permission for future use by contacting Jordan. This does not remove any applicable right to request deletion.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, manage the relationship, maintain required business records, and meet applicable legal requirements. Different records can have different retention periods. Consumer health data is subject to the deletion requirements described in the separate health data policy; we do not treat ordinary business retention as an automatic exception to those requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, including limiting access to what is needed for the business. No online system is entirely secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or information.
Your privacy requests
Email jordan@burnefitness.com to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or information about our processing. Use the email associated with your account if possible and identify the request without including unnecessary sensitive details. We may need limited information to verify your identity. You do not need to create a new account to contact us.
Your rights and our response deadlines depend on applicable law. Where relevant, rights can include receiving a copy of information, restricting or objecting to processing, data portability, and complaining to a data protection authority. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Removing information needed to deliver coaching may affect our ability to continue that service; any billing consequences are handled under your consumer rights and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
See the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for Washington health data request deadlines, deletion, and appeal instructions.
Adults and international processing
Our paid offers are intended for adults. We do not offer a general pathway for children to enroll through parental permission. Third-party platforms may impose additional eligibility requirements. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact Jordan so we can assess and address it.
We operate in the United States. Our providers can process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard or additional information, we will provide the relevant information and apply the required safeguard. This policy does not represent that every offer is available in every country.
Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. An update to a policy does not itself authorize a new use of health data or override a prior permission choice.
